The Elbo Room at the Ritz Grill has much to offer in the way of private parties, banquets and special events. It is more than just a little "elbow room" on those crowded Friday nights. It sports a full service bar as well as a full banquet room that can be customized to your event size with both table and booth seating. While your favorite bartender is mixing up your drink of choice, you can watch one of the televisions placed around the bar.
BOOKING INFORMATION AND GUIDELINES
-- The Elbo Room can accommodate up to 70 people for a sit down dinner or up to 100 people for buffet-style appetizers -- both with a combination of booth and table seating.
-- Confirmation of number of guests and menu choices are required two weeks in advance to ensure proper execution of the function. "Spur of the moment" banquets are possible, but with a limited menu.
-- Customers will be billed for the larger of the number confirmed or the number of actual guests. Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to all food and drink totals.
-- Deposits are required to hold the room. Lunch deposits are $150; dinner deposits are $250, $350 and $500 depending on the season. The deposit goes toward the total amount of the bill. If the bill exceeds the deposit, the remainder is added and billed to customer. If the bill does not meet or exceed the deposit, then the deposit becomes the minimum fee for the function. A banquet is confirmed once the deposit is received.
-- We ask, if plans change, to notify us with a cancellation at least two weeks in advance to qualify for full reimbursement of deposit. No deposit refunds for parties booked in December.
-- Occasionally, we will allow you to add your own special touch to the room with light decorations or centerpieces, with the exception of confetti and silly string. Generally, the room is available one hour prior to party time, however, if this is not convenient other arrangements can be made.
-- The host will select either a cash bar or open bar. If you wish to buy the first round only for the guests, drink tickets are suggested.
